We’re a Kirksville family specializing in designing comfortable and stylish homes “Close” to  the place you need to be! If you’re here for 30 days or more, or find yourself with a temporary housing need, you may not want to hassle with utilities or furniture moving, but maybe a hotel isn’t “homey” enough. You need a midterm rental designed for real life, with all utilities and high-speed internet included in rent price. No need to worry about lawn care or snow removal either. We prorate partial months and only require two weeks notice to vacate (because, real life!).
